Terms of service.

  1. Full payment is due upon completion of the rough sketch. Payment will be in USD via PayPal.

  2. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, be it time constraints, lack of confidence in delivering a specific request, or if it contains themes I’m uncomfortable with (R-18, heavy gore, offensive themes).

  3. Additional fees will apply to revisions that are requested anytime after the rough sketch is finalized. Fees will vary depending on how time intensive the revisions are.

  4. If I haven’t moved beyond the finished rough sketch and a refund is requested, I’ll refund 75% of the full payment. Refunds will not be permitted once I’ve moved beyond the finished rough sketch. However, if I am unable to complete the piece due to circumstances on my end, a full refund will be issued.

  5. Depending on my schedule and the level of complexity, the amount of time to complete the piece may range from a few days to a couple months, please be patient with me. Rude behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a cancellation and a partial refund (depending on the piece’s progress).

  6. If there’s a specific date you need a commission by, please let me know in your inquiry. Depending on the detail of the request and how close said date is, it may incur a rush fee.

  7. I reserve the rights to all personal commission work, meaning I can post it to social media, use it to promote myself, use it as a portfolio piece, sell it as an art print, etc. If you’d like me to keep the commission private, you must discuss it with me beforehand.

  8. You will receive a full resolution jpeg and png file of the artwork, you will not be receiving a physical product.

  9. These are non-commercial commissions. The commissioner may use the commissioned piece as a wallpaper, personal print, or icon. Sharing your commission artwork via social media is permitted with clear credit provided to Shimmeryspark. You can’t sell (as an NFT or otherwise), claim the artwork as your own, or edit the piece without approval.
